HI CHRISTINA I WAS INTERESTED IN READING YOUR MESSAGE. I HAVE A LAYER OF FAT AROUND MY BELLY . MY ARMS AND LEGS ARE PRETTY GOOD. JUST THE FAT AROUND MY BELLY. I AM QUITE ACTIVE AND I USED TO DRINK BEER. I THINK THIS HAS CAUSED THE PROBLEM. I AM JUST 4 KILOS OVERWIEGHT. CAN YOU SUGGEST HOW I CAN GET RID OF THIS FAT AROUND MY BELLY??? I HAVE STARTED TO DO A LITTLE EXECISE TO TIGHTEN MY BELLY. BUT PLEASE HELP AS I FIND THIS BELLY MOST UNCOMFORTABLE.
