Hi Karen,
I was intrigued to read your message, as I have been in the same
situation as you - been on and off metformin and all it seemed to do was
lose my muscle rather than my fat. I have come off it again now and am
on natural supplements and following the atkins diet, and excersing
vigoursly and regularly. I too am having huge problems in moving my fat
even though I am doing everything perfectly. My question is exactly how
helpful has Thermovate been for you? I live in NZ, but thought if it is
worth it I might order it over the net. I'm also going to talk to my
trainer tomorrow to see if he knows of it in NZ.
Your reply would be an awesome help.
Thanks
Extremely frustrated and fed-up!!!
Dana
