I began gaining wait around 12 when I got my first period and ever since I have been gaining and gaining. My dr told me to buy and read the book 'The Carbohydrate Addict's Healthy Heart Progam' Does anyone have any suggestions on how to control the massive weight gain that most of have with this PCOS???
