Lina, I too have found the wonderful new sweetner called Splenda and we love it at our house. My husband who doesn't like other sweetners loves Splendia. We even take it when we go out to dinner and that way we can order unsweetened tea. I have not baked with it but I am encouraged by the other post about it.
