I have just recieved a cookbook titled "Baking Low Carb" by Diana Lee. I purchased it from http://www.carbsmart.com Look under their books section. Although I haven't made anything from it yet, it looks promising. She gives the carb and protien counts for each recipie. Two ingredients that she uses almost everywhere are vanilla whey protein powder (GNC) and high gluten flour for the bready sort of items. Lots of variety, and almost all desert sort of items (lots of muffins too), candy, and how to make things like a low carb concentrated milk. Leslie
