Re: anyone tried weight watchers?

I've been going to Weight Watchers for about 8 weeks now. So far I've lost 11 pounds. The past two weeks have not been good as far as the weight loss, but that's because I didn't realize I wasn't doing part if it right (replacing points from exercise) and was eating too much. The point system is very easy, and I like the program because NOTHING is off limits, you simply have to account for what you eat. It's also great because I can incorporate the things I know that work for me (brown rice over white, 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, etc.).

I've tried a dozen different programs, including WW 5 years ago when it was a very different style. I would recommend the Winning Points WW program to anyone who really wants to lose weight. In fact, I just started with a new endo who was very happy to see that I had found WW on my own.

Hope this helps, and I'd be happy to answer any questions on the program.
