when you really want something chocolate (and we've already discussed the wrong-ness of most protein bars)...

I suggest Jello instant pudding. 2 cups of milk and mix, takes two minutes to make, almost no sugar or carbs (as long as you stick to the serving size), and tastes sooooo good.

Would love to hear some other suggestions for solving the sweet cravings. Have heard a lot about cooking with certain artificial sweeteners, but everything always seems to have that strange after taste.

Amazing how few cookbooks I have been able to find for this specific subject...
