Lanie, Hi my name is Kim I am insulin resistant and I am on Gucophage to treat it. I also have Chronic Fatigue syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I did expierence the fatigue all of the time. You might want to get get checked for it most doctors believe there is no such thing that it is all in your head but it isn't it is very real and there is alot of people that have this and do not even know it, Find a doctor that believes in and get some treatment for it there is know reason to walk around like a zombie everyday feeling tired. I take a antidepressant called Effexor even though i am not deppressed it helps me stay awake all day. Good Luck to you! Kim
