Re: passing out

I have felt dizzy but have never passed out. Usualy for me its from skipping a meal. How I handled switching Doctors was to get copies of my mediacl records and bring them to the new doctor at my first appointment. when you make your appointment with your new primary care doctor ask for a medical record transfer request to be sent to your RE. They should be happy to do this for you as it will only help your new doctor to know what has been going on with your health. Legally your medical records should be able to follow you were ever you are cared for. Hope this helps, Dona
