I am very frustrated I have been taking Gluco for about 2 months. Cut down my carbs, have been walking faithfully 5 days a week (1/2 hour) and doing a 10 minute exercise tape, but have not lost a pound. I now want to try the Atkins and put my body in Ketosis.
