You really should speak to your endo about diet or seek a nutrionist my endo has me seeing their practices nutrionist and along with 1500mg (for now still awaiting results of new blood work) to be on 150 carbs and 40 grams of fat a day which is alot if you plan your days out and keep a journal really helps a lot. If I want pasta for supper I lighten up the rest of the day...same goes if I want to treat myself to a donut I do but watch my fat intake for the rest of the day...hope this helps - donna I have lost 50 pounds so far and do have periods although they are becoming irregular again...maybe perimenapause ug.
