How do you measure your carbohydrates? what type of measuring scales do
people use? am I making sense, it's just that I didn't know that there
levels of carbohydrates? so when someone says that they keep to 30
carbohydrates every meal, what does that mean? I just thought that there are
foods which are more complex i.e.; take longer to break down, gulp help...
