I am not on a specific diet - my endo/nutrionist has me on 150 carbs and 40 grams of fat (not to exceed in a day) Keeping a food journal really helps and you can plan your meals out...get a good food count book, learn what vegetables and fruits are lower in carbs and glycimic index - arm yourself with information. I still have sweets from time to time and don't feel deprived or the need to gorge; because I plan for them if I have a sweet than I load up on lower carbs for supper...I love green beans and will eat a can or more at a time with my supper also asparagus and strawberries...good luck At Fri, 2 Mar 2001, Kimberly wrote: >
