Please keep us posted on your diet. I am on the atkins program, just so I can jumpstart and get a few quickly lost pounds. But I KNOW I cannot do this diet forever. I feel somewhat like the Israelites in the desert(definitely with ONE "s"!). After about 6 weeks or so, I would like to switch to the Carb Addicts diet. If I can. I would definitely like to keep in touch
