Hi My name is Kim and I am new here but I just wanted to say that I have expierenced that same thing you have and come to find out from my ob-gyn that it is my bladder I hold my urine in to long and it has to make room so when I urinate it kind of goes into a spasm. He perscribed some pills for it and I have not had the pain since. You should ask your doctor about it and get checked out.
