Hi, I was afraid of (grossed out by) tofu until a friend of mine put it
in a soup. I thought it was meat until she told me it was tofu! It
absorbed the broth & flavors of the soup; so my advice is that if you
really want to try tofu, have it in some type of broth or cook it with
other foods that will give it flavor. I think the kind in the stew was
a more solid type. I was so pleasantly surprised!! Have fun! :)
