Some good health food stores carry it in stock or some of the larger grocerey store chains..you can also eat beans the fiber kinda over rides the carbs in beans. I also eat alot of hard boiled eggs and cheeses.I have seen veggitarian Low carb book at Amazon.com you might want to check it out. Also tuna is good with wasa bread .Whole grains are ok to eat because of the high fiber. You can buy a gycemic index book and count carbs and still eat things you like.
