If you are cutting back on carbs and losing weight it doesn't matter what 'program' you are on. Your body doesn't know the if you are on a program or not, just that you have changed your diet. That's the problem with 'programs' (and the diet industry in general) they want you to believe that if you don't follow their 'rules and regulations' to the hilt, any attempt at weight loss will be futile. That is why they are making billions per year and we still have all these obese people!! No one needs a book to do lose weight, there is enough information on the internet (if you look at reputable sites of course) to formulate something that will work for you and that will fit into your way of life. And exercise!!! Diet alone doesn't work. Exercise builds muscle, uses calories and reduces insulin levels. At Thu, 8 Mar 2001, Jessica wrote: >
