If you just cut back on the carbs you are eating, will you still lose weight? Or should you follow one of these structured diets. I started by having eggs for breakfast instead of carbs, lunch I'm eating less carbs and dinner a little less. I don't know if it will still work if I'm not on a specific program (Sugar Busters, Atkins etc.)? Does anyone know?
