For a couple of weeks, I have been having a tight sensation in I believe my uterus area. It feels like a muscle tightess in a way, even though I have not changed my excercising to account for this feeling. It is also more apparent after I urinate. I had my first child almost a year ago and it feels almost like when I was in my final months of pregnancy when my baby's head was real low.
