I have gained 35 pounds since the summer. I took myself off birth control and have been told this is the reason for the rapid weight gain. I am now back on the birth control but can't kick the weight. I don't want to low carb because I feel it is just a fad diet. I am willing to try glucophage. Any suggestions. Also, I was on paxil and took myself off because I thought that was why I gained all the weight. So, I am very upset and don't know what to do.
