I am a 34 years old that was diagnosed with pco this past fall. My insulin level is high, therefore, I am now on glucophage. I take 500mg 1x a day. My endo and dietician put me on the American Diabetic Exchange 1500 cals. I initially did well with it. I lost six pounds ever since then I been having all sorts of problems including drinking enough water. does anyone else have problems too. My friends aren't being too supportive with my efforts partially because of the stress in their lives right now. My best friend husband is soooooooo good to me in so many ways except when it comes to weight. He is ultra healthy and will never understand the weight issues even with something medical reasons. Please respond
