LONG" hello everyone, I am hoping that you could help me I am very over weight and have pcos and along with it insulin resistance. The doctors and specialist have been very unhelpful and really quite insulting. I am very depressed about my wieght and have tryed lots of different things but nothing works. I have looked on this sight before and everyone is talking about low carbs - does this method work? If so could anyone let me have any tips and recepies, I have no clue and need educating - books that are usefull, websites that might help anything. I hope that some one could help I dont like to be like this and feel like my life is being lived for me by the weight I would like to take control for once.
