Hello,
yes I have this book, but have not read it all.I have POCOC,and I stummbled on this web site.I'm about 20lbs over weight, and have never had to diet.Since reading your post it.I went and grabbed that book.I will give it a try.My problem is dicapline, but I want to beat this thing.I am tired of it.I'm only 32 and I want children.Sounds like the diet is working so far for you. Thanks for reminding me I had it to use.
