Yes, you may still want to watch what you eat. Even women who are not overwieght and who are not insulin resistant have shown benefits form taking insulin sensitising medications. Some suggest this is because their ovaries are particularly sensitive to insulin. For some basic info on PCOS and diet, check out the attached link. Diet info is towards the bottom of the site.
