MY DOCTOR THINKS I HAVE PCOS. HE HASN'T GIVEN ME ALOT OF INFORMATION YET BECAUSE ALL THE BLOODWORK IS NOT IN. HE DID TELL ME THAT I NEED TO BEGIN DIETING. I NEED TO LOSE CLOSE TO 100 POUNDS. MY DOCTOR SAID THAT I SHOULD LIMIT FATS TO 30 GRAMS OF FAT A DAY, BUT MOST OF WHAT I'M SEEING HERE IS LOW CARBING. I'VE BEEN DOING LOW FAT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND LOST NOTHING. I'VE DONE THE PROTIEN POWER PLAN BEFORE AND LOST ABOUT 35 POUNDS. SHOULD I GO LOW CARB OR LOW FAT? IT'S REALLY HARD TO DO BOTH. IF I DO LOW CARB, HOW LOW SHOULD I GO TO START? ARE EGGS OKAY? MY DOCTOR SAID NO EGGS, BUT PROTEIN POWER CALLS FOR EGGS SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.
