Our 19 year old daughter was just diagnosed with PCOS & insulin resistant. We cannot find the correct diet she needs to be on. Had been recommended the Zone & Atkins, but told there are not good. Tried to get her to a Registered Dietician, but can't get the Doctors to refer us to one. Can any one make any recommendations??
