Hi Maddy,

I was diagnosed with PCO's 10 years ago, at that time the whole weight related issues weren't recognized so I had an awful time trying to get my doctor to take me seriously. In the end they put me on medication that sorted out my weight and also I found that cutting out gluten products has made a huge difference. My weight has been stable for many years now so don't give up hope! Listen to your body and don't do anything too extreme especially considering your history of anorexia. The one thing that I think is key is exercise, I hvae found that it has made the most enormous difference both mentally and physically. Good luck!
