Hi there Maddy, If you are looking for something not too extreme, why don't you try SugarBusters. It's a low carb plan that isn't too restrictive. You can get the book at amazon.com or at any large book store. It basically cuts out bad carbs in favor of good ones (no white rice, no sugar, etc. but you can have brown rice and whole grains). I think it might be a good plan for you. I do the Atkins diet, but it is more restrictive, and I think with a history of anorexia Sugarbusters would be safer for you. Good luck with it.
