Hi Christina,

How many mg is 3 capsules? I'm taking it in the tincture format, 40 drops, 4 x daily, which works out to about 30 mg (120/day?) a shot. Also, be aware that it may take a while longer to see results with Vitex. It will be working, but subtly, and you may not notice results for up to 6 months. It works by building up in your system, so it is important to keep taking it regularly. I didn't see any changes for over 5 months when I started taking it. It does help, so long as you are willing to keep at it! It took a lot of time to get the system out of whack, so allow it some time to gently reverse itself!
