I was wondering...I've been using the Sundown Herbals brand of Vitex and it says to take 2 capsules 3 times daily for maximum results....what is the standard dosage? I mean, if you were to see a holistic doctor what would they prescribe...anyone with any information/success stories, it would be great to hear from you. I was afraid to take the full recommended dosage on the label, so I'm taking 1 capsule 3 times daily. I've been taking it since November 2000 (it's now Feb. 2001) and have yet to see any results which is getting a bit frustrating.
