Hi Leslie:

It is really nice to know that there is so much more attention to PCOS than there ever has been. First of all, the things that I would find helpful at this stage (I am 40 and have been diagnosed for approximately 20 years) is how to cope with the weight issue. I am also a vegetarian which compounds the issue. The problem there is that rice and pasta are the main staples of my diet. I try to eat meat but I don't enjoy it very much and end up gravitating back towards the carbs. So if there are any alternatives to the mega-meat diets, I would appreciate hearing about those.

Thank you, Bonita
