Kelly, I would like those specifics too. I have read the books and am
planning to try a moderate plan, more in line with Heller's Carbo
addicts guidelines. I will try to limit my carbs as they recommend, to
10grams per meal except at the reward meal. I plan to eat whatever
appeals within those guidelines. I worry about the amount of protein
and fat, but I have never been a big veggie person and that will surely
increase. The between meal eating sounds like the place where the
insulin starts to do screwy things to your metabolism...Good luck to us
