Kelly, I would like those specifics too. I have read the books and am planning to try a moderate plan, more in line with Heller's Carbo addicts guidelines. I will try to limit my carbs as they recommend, to 10grams per meal except at the reward meal. I plan to eat whatever appeals within those guidelines. I worry about the amount of protein and fat, but I have never been a big veggie person and that will surely increase. The between meal eating sounds like the place where the insulin starts to do screwy things to your metabolism...Good luck to us all>>>>:) >--
