Re: Cholesterol levels

I had poor cholesterol levels when I was first diagnosed with PCOS. My naturopath put me on flax seed oil and fiber (the fiber more for glucose control, the flax seed oil to help my HDL). Within 3 months of taking the oil on a daily basis, my levels had reversed to VERY healthy levels. Since I am on a high protein diet, it is very important to me to keep taking these supplements so I don't run into cholesterol problems. Hope this helps!
