Laurie, I am by no stretch of the imagination an expert on this, but I have had some good luck with lowering my carbs and taking some herbal supplements and vitamins. I havent seen a reduction in hair growth, but in the 4 months I have been doing this, I have had 3 periods. I also have been using progesterone cream. I dont have insurance and I am not looking to get pregnant right now, so I am happy enough with my results this far. I have just pretty much cut out all bread, rice, pasta and potatoes. It was killing me for about a week and a half and now I am pretty coll with it. I give myself "treats" every now and then, but I luckily dont have such a large weight loss issue as a lot of the other ladies. Feel free to email me privately.

Jamie
