They are all specific to my needs as defined by the nutritionist who spent
ages with me looking at my diet, exercise and did a hair mineral analysis
which showed up some glaring deficits. It was more than agnus castus, sorry
not to be too specific but we all have differing hormone responses with
PCOS.
