ValB, do not see yeast on the ingredient list. As a flat type of bread most would not have yeast as they do not rise, but you never know these days and good to check. I live in the state of Mass in US. Found Kavli in most of the supermarkets over here, in Stop and Shop and Food Mart. Seem to have a section with flatbreads and items like that, they are in the pasta and sauce aisle ,go figure :). That is why It took me a while to find them as that is the aisle I don't go down much anymore, too many carbs. I hope that help.
