-- I also take Diane 35, but I take Spironolactone (100mg) with it. The combination seems to be helping a great deal. Spiro is an anti- androgen. It has helped to slow down and thin out the hair growth, but it takes several months to see a difference. I think it works better when taken with Diane 35 instead of on its own. Jeanine
