There are loads of things you can do, have you tried visiting a nutritionist? I have adjusted my diet by following a low carb diet, taking a variety of minerals and vitamins, am exercising regularly and am using progesterone cream and have lost weight and am ovulating. Contact the ION in London for an advisor, they are great. Rachel
