Hi Jim,
I noticed in your last message that Jo-Nita wasn't exercising as she didn't
see the point. Just wanted you to keep in mind that our insulin levels are
also effected by our exercise levels. An increase in exercise is supposed to
help lower the insulin levels of our bodies.

I.R. She doesn't exercise yet (used to be almost an olympic swimmer)because

to assume the role of Satan with regard to low carbing (it worked for me in
one month-I lost 15 pounds and I try to help her understand that it will
work. She and I can't wait for the insulin to come down. My question then
after that lengthy preamble is: how long must she wait to see results with
