The machine is 480 dollars its costly but it works. if you use it for Ten minutes a day. Than work up to fifteen min and so on You should show, And use it everyday You should see a weight reduction in weeks or maybe a mo or so. I dont want to say right away becouse we are all diff. But it is worth your health in so many ways. you should start loosing weight from you hips and thighs in a mo. Good Luck. Theresa
