Hi Kelly,

I actually didn't combine the point system with the low-carbing...I guess I haven't officially been low-carbing, although I do try to limit the bread/pasta to either one meal a day/a few days a week....but this is not only because the carbs don't let me lose weight, but on the point system, they cost a lot of your daily point allotment and aren't necessarily worth it!

I would still highly recommend the Weight Watchers...I have tried every other possible diet out there and this is the only one that works for me as a "lifestyle change"...and now that I know that I have PCOS, it is for life for me.

I hope that helps. If you do decide to join, email me and I can be some support!
