Hi Debbie Can you please tell me how you combined the weight wachers point system to our low carbing. I thought their point system was based on fat and not carbohydrate. I would love to join a slimming club but are not sure which one would serve my needs. Sorry these are slimming clubs in the United Kingdom. The only slimming clubs in the U.K. that I know are Weight Wachers, Rosemary Conley, and slimming world. If thier is anyone who attends the U.K. slimming clubs can someone please advise me how they combine their diet with low carbing. I am not sure weather counting calories would be a good idea, since I need to loose 2.1/2 stones then maybe I should try and eat no more than 1400 calories a day. I would really appreciate all the advise and information you can give me as I am determined to conquer this ever lasting battle. Lots Of Love Kelly
