I am sure we can be buddys even if we aren't on the same diet...our goal
is the same...to lose weight...and the eating goal is pretty much the
same eat less and better things...I am going to read the book "enter the
zone" and maybe try that diet...is there a website that you know of that
explains your diet? i would like to see it!! thanks
