Hello everyone!

My name is Katie, I'm 21 and i live in Scotland.

I'm not sure what a diet-buddy is, but it sounds good. Would anyone like to be mine??

I haven't had PCOS diagnosed yet, but am hoping to quite soon. I am on a low-carb diet just now, to see if that helps. I'm on the CAD diet (Carbohydrate Addicts' Diet) but I haven't found ayone else who's on it.

I find breakfast the worst. If I'm really hungry I'll have a few spoons of yogurt, but if I'm ok I'll just hang off till lunch time at work. But everyone else tucks into crisps and chocolate and I used to, and good god I miss it!

For lunch, while everyone lese is munching their McDonald's happily, I have a salad. I have noticed though that I'm taking smaller and smaller portions, and then maybe not finishing that.

By tea time I am STARVING!! But then I get to have my "reward meal". I can eat what I like, in any quantity. :) We have loads of chocs left over at work from xmas, so I usually take a couple home with me and have them after my tea. That way I have something to look forward to.

Love to you all, Katie
