If you are in a rush for time and just need something quick, have you tried some of the low carb breakfast bars or protein shakes? There are several available out there. I'm not much into breakfast foods so this was a quick alternative since I needed something with meds & vitamins I take in the morning or prepare at the office. Boiled eggs are great too--lots of protein! If you do have PCOS and are taking Spiro or some type of insulin sensitizer, be careful about grapefruit--there is a very detailed warning on most Med-Checkers about a reaction with grapefruit. It will also list foods to be aware of with certain meds. Hope some of this helps. :-)
