I enjoy hard boiled egg whites also, I am not on a low carb diet but I did used to do a few things that helped a little, I have a hard time finding time to eat breakfast, I would eat two graham crackers and a banana, or half a large red or pink grapefruit with the hard boiled egg whites or the grapefruit with oatmeal. Sorry I can't be of greater help.
