Breakfast tips please

This is my biggest hurdle of the day - I generally get myself something on the way in to the office as I can't face food first thing after getting up in the morning, but I need to line my stomach so that I can take my thyroxin and vitamin tablets. Up until I started this lo-carb diet, I would have porridge most days, but now I find I'm totally stuck for ideas and I'm still having it about 3 times a week, which is very bad in terms of the carb count, but good for staving off hunger and cravings. Otherwise I tend to have yogurt and maybe an apple, but I really can't think of anything else that's allowed. Weekends are not so much of a problem as I usually have a cooked brunch with no carbs, but this option is not available to me during the working week. Any suggestions for convenient alternatives would be very much appreciated.
