JPC,

I have found that it is not so much how much one eats as to what one eats. I have never been a big eater, yet I gained a lot of weight in a short amount of time when PCOS kicked in. Since it took years to diagnose, I couldn't ever lose the weight. Now that I know what I have, I tend to stick to the low glycemic index, and have lost some of the weight I gained. Does this help any?

Leslie
