ENTER THE ZONE!!!!! You wouldn't BELIEVE the success I had with the Zone. Do yourself a HUGE favor -- EVERYONE! Read this book!! I've experienced the results myself -- I'm telling you, it's AMAZING! BTW, I would LOVE to have a "health-encouraging buddy" (I HATE the term "diet"!). Or better yet, SEVERAL!
